How to make a Kingdom Keyblade

Materials

• 1 Big peice of poster board
• 1 Pencil
• 1 3 1/2' x 3/4" PVC pipe.
• 1 PVC primer and PVC cement set
• 1 3/4" PVC cap(optional)
• 1 3/4" PVC connector
• 1 1/2" board of wood(your choice)
• 1 Roll of electrical tape]
• 1 Chain and connector
• 2 Bottles of Acrylic paint. (yellow/blue or white/red depending on blade)
• 1 Bottle of Spraypaint (Silver or Gold, depending on blade)

Tools

• 1 Jig saw
• 1 Epoxy glue tube
• 1 Drill
• 1 Rod(small)
• 1 Sandpaper

Procedure

1. On the poster board draw out the shape of the "crown" shape of the end of the key. Also, draw out a template for the edges of the blade and the Mickey mouse head.

3. Now transfer those drawings to the wood. (ink it if you wanna see it better!)

4. Cut the PVC with about 1 foot of pipe for the handle and the rest for the blade. Then cement the two peices together.

5. While the cement settles, take the saw and cut out the peices.

6. With the rod and sandpaper, sand out grooves in the inside of the handle.

7. Now epoxy the side handle to the PVC. By now this is what is done:

8. Repeat step 6 with the "crown" and attach with epoxy at the other end.

Note: during the epoxy process you may want to use rubber bands to secure the epoxy.

9. Paint! Spray the "shaft" haha... and mikey head to the color required. Then using the acrylic paint, paint the handle and add the colored strip to the shaft. Spray some of the silver/gold paint into some newspaper. Apply that at the circular part of the handle cover (if doing Mikeys key spray the chain gold).

10. Using the drill attach the chain with mikey head to the bottom of the key.

11. Last step: Using the electrical tape wrap the handle.
